All Performance mufflers carry a limited warranty. Expansion is guaranteed only to 1/4 inch over the original neck size. . Warranty does not apply to any manufactured products that have been subject to misapplication, abuse, misuse, normal wear, negligence, backfire damage, accidents, burnout due to poor carburetion, and rust out. This warranty does not cover any labor charged or any other claims incidental to replacing a defective part. Warranty is limited to the replacement of a defective product ONLY. A final decision as to whether a product is defective will be made by Wesdon Industries after an evaluation of the product.
